- Training plans at a discount for BTC Members. For Club Members the
discount will be:
-$10 off Training Plans up to $50
-$20 off Training Plans up to $100
-$25 off Training Plans over $100 - Customized Plans at a discount: If BTC Members wanted to take a pre-built
training plan and customize it to their schedule, a D3 Coach would do this
for an additional $65 per hour (one hour minimum and normally $75 per hour),
on top of the purchased plan. For example, if an athlete wanted to buy the
17 week Ironman Plan on our website, that cost would be $59 after the
discount and then an additional $65 for the hour it would take the coach to
make changes to that plan. So, for $124 the athlete would receive a 17 week
Ironman plan customized to their schedule. - D3 will provide FREE weekly bike and run workouts on Tuesday nights from

Dr. Hansen, in addition to being a chiropractor, is an expert in Active Release Therapy (A.R.T.), which is a proven method for treating and preventing many sports-related injuries. Many athletes swear by A.R.T. for staying or getting healthy. BTC members receive a special rate of only $25 per visit for A.R.T. after the initial visit, which is $50.
